- 5 KEDRY Prime louvered roof pergolas in White Matt 9010, with a size of 700 cm width x 645 cm projection x 350 cm height, and enclosed with Line Glass panoramic sliding windows, LED strip lights kit and Somfy motorization

The character of the 4-star Casa Bianca al Mare hotel in Jesolo (VE) is distinguished by the elegance of the resort’s historic architecture, the luxury of its rooms, complete attention to every detail and its exclusive guest services.
The clients wanted to cover the restaurant located in the square facing the sea, to allow guests to enjoy the best of Italian cuisine in complete tranquillity, protected from the weather and surrounded by the romantic ambience of the seaside resort.
The solution proposed by KE’s PMO Office was a perfect fit for this exquisite, historic resort hotel and was quickly approved by even the Superintendence of Venice.
Collaborating with Architect Rosario Picciotto of Studio RPC8, KE PMO created a modular structure consisting of 5 Kedry Prime units in a straight line, with the columns set back 2.5 meters and a system of tie rods placed on top to support the cantilevered beams.
The structure is enclosed with Line Glass sliding windows which, thanks to the set-back pergola columns, provided unobstructed views of the outside.
Finally, the pergola’s columns were sunk down into the washed gravel pavement, creating a cleaner, smoother appearance, as well as the ability to channel water below the level of the finished floor, for faster and more effective water management.
