A residence nestled among the natural beauty of the Murgia, splendid Apulian plateau, surrounded by karst caves and the always characteristic trulli. An elegant and modern building, where white dominates, embellished by a project to screen and enhance the warm rays of the sun typical of Southern Italy: a project, of course, signed KE. Located in the hilly territory of Putignano, in the province of Bari, the villa has a large outdoor area, furnished with good taste and always in harmony with light shades, including white, soft gray and cream.
The owner’s request was to provide ample shade without resorting to a classic wooden veranda: perhaps more common, but undoubtedly less resistant over time and, certainly, requiring greater maintenance. Another request of the client was to make greater use of the outdoor spaces, increasing capacity in the outdoor area of the villa.
The professionalism and experience of the KE PMO and KE Nova System distributor, combined with the quality of Noventa di Piave (VE) products, have allowed us to create a structure with low architectural impact, in harmony with the natural views surrounding the building. For the large outdoor area by the pool, two Kedry Skylife bioclimatic pergola awnings and a Kedry Prime bioclimatic pergola awning have been chosen: a composite project, dynamic and harmonious at the same time.
The choice of color could only fall on white, thus creating visual homogeneity between external and internal spaces, also giving greater brightness. The two structures are equipped with L strips and internal perimeter that allow illumination of the space, providing enjoyment into the evening hours.
KE creates a new, tailor-made project and installs pergolas that interact harmoniously with the structure of this splendid villa in Southern Italy, respecting and enhancing the unforgettable views of the Apulian territory that surround the building.
