Half an hour from Madrid, in a quiet residential area, composed mainly of luxurious single-family houses, you will find this beautiful, modern style, private house with a secluded garden and swimming pool.
The goal of this project was to add a living area next to the pool and Jacuzzi, surrounded by greenery, offering privacy in a real oasis of well-being, to be enjoyed every day of the year, at any time of day.
The homeowner turned to the KE Store Proyectos Xanadú to find a tailor-made solution that was in line with the style of the house while also functional. A space to enjoy the relaxing view of the garden and watch the children having fun between the pool and the play area.
The choice fell on the KE – KEDRY Prime bioclimatic pergola, an aluminum structure with adjustable louvers and with its wide modularity both in width and projection, is suitable for covering large areas.
The adjustable blades of the roof allow the perfect ventilation and lighting of the space, but at the same time – once closed – guarantee a rain-resistant cover. The Kedry Prime pergola in white integrates harmoniously with the architectural style of the chalet.
To complete the project, the Vertika Prime perimeter roofing system, completely hidden when closed, accentuates the connection to the surrounding landscape, blending inside and outside. To ensure night use, a system of LED strips illuminates the structure from the inside.
