Half an hour from Madrid, in a quiet residential area, composed mainly of luxurious single-family houses, you will find this beautiful, modern style private house with a secluded garden and swimming pool.
The client’s request was to create a covered space to enjoy the Jacuzzi pool every day of the year. The homeowners turned to the KE Store Proyectos Xanadú which is proud of their significant experience in customized projects and has identified the KE Isola 3 aluminum pergola awning as the perfect answer for this tailor-made project.
To complete the installation, the Line Glass perimeter window enclosure system, whose minimal design, high performance and “all glass” effect, increase the brightness of the rooms and accentuate the connection to the surrounding landscape, allowing total enjoyment of enchanting garden during a relaxing bath.
A corner of pure well-being, this space creates a dialogue between the interior and exterior spaces of the house. The versatility and customization of KE products have made it possible to create a tailor-made project with a unique character in a modern urban environment where the need for protection from the elements coexists with the vision of the surrounding landscape.
The 7016 grey colour of the pergola and the matt white fabric harmonise perfectly with the modern and functional style of the terraced house. The pergola is equipped with Line Glass perimeter closures and LED lights on the external and internal perimeter, which allow enjoyment of the magnificent installation every day of the year, at any time of day.
