FrontYard Group, an international leader in the design and manufacture of solutions and components for solar shading systems, bringing together the operating divisions BAT, KE and Giulio Barbieri, announces that it has completed the acquisition of Mobau Markisen, a long-established German company specializing in solar shading, headquartered in Melsungen, Hesse.
Mobau Markisen will continue to operate under its own brand, adopting the name “Mobau Markisen, a KE company” as a sign of its recent integration. The current operating organization, management and sales network will be fully retained.
The primary commitment in the initial phase will be to ensure maximum continuity of service and uninterrupted support for all Mobau Markisen customers. Subsequently, in close synergy with the other FrontYard Group companies, new joint strategies will be developed and implemented to seize significant opportunities for growth and innovation in the market.
