The following bioclimatic sensors can be included in our products:

1.Anemometer: a sensor that detects wind speed and which, based on customised settings, can automatically adjust the position of the louvres or awnings to protect the area from the wind.

2.Sun sensor: designed to monitor the intensity of the sun’s rays. This sensor can adjust louvres or awnings to optimise shade or daylight according to the angle of the sun, helping to maintain a comfortable environment and save energy.

3.Rain sensor: detects the presence of rain. Enables movement of the solar shading as needed. For example, fabric winding for arm awnings or blade closing for bioclimatic pergola awnings.

4. Temperature/Snow Sensor: a thermometer that, combined with the rain sensor, can detect the possibility of snow.

Yes, it is possible to install KE pergolas on a habitable terrace. Before installing the product, an inspection must be carried out to check its feasibility.
